Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Follo mobile application operated by Follo ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Follo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Follo is a location-sharing application that allows you to:

• Share your real-time location with friends and connections
• View the locations of people who have shared with you
• Maintain a personal history of your locations
• Optionally allow public followers to see your location

3. Account Registration

To use Follo, you must:

• Create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In
• Choose a unique username
• Grant location permissions to your device
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Location Data and Privacy

By using Follo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The app will collect and transmit your location data
• Your location will be shared with your connections
• If you enable public sharing, your location will be visible to your followers
• Your location history is stored on our servers

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use Follo to:

• Stalk, harass, or harm another person
• Monitor someone's location without their knowledge or consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Connections and Consent

Location sharing in Follo requires mutual consent:

• Connections: Both parties must accept the connection. Either party can remove the connection at any time.
• Public Following: You control whether to allow public followers. Followers can only see your location if you have enabled this feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The Follo app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• Location data will be 100% accurate
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your specific requirements

GPS accuracy depends on many factors including device hardware, environmental conditions, and satellite availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the service
• Any actions taken by other users based on your shared location
• Any inaccuracies in location data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the service
• Is illegal or violates any applicable laws

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
